Treatment room for hire

One room at rear of residential address in Pascoe vale, close to Bell St and Melville Rd is available to hire. This room has an access to the toilet and a separate entrance.

There are a plenty of on street parking.  The room will be an ideal consultation room for a range of therapists who want to start their own business.  A massage table can be hired.

Conditions of hiring the room.

• No signage in front of the house, foot path or nature strip is allowed.

• No advertisement in any forms that contains the street address is allowed.

• Advertisement with the Yuka’s remedial massage website can be arranged.

• The room is available to hire 10 am to 4 pm, Monday to Friday , $50 per day (negotiable)
  

• The room must be booked 2 weeks in advance and must be paid up-front. (negotiable)
  

• Minimum hire is 1 day per fortnight.(negotiable)       

• Cancellation of the room must be notified 3 days in advance for full refund. (negotiable)
  

• Usage of the washing machine and dryer is not included for room hire.
  

• The therapist and clients have access to only the treatment room, laundry and toilet during hours that has been agreed only.
  

• The therapist and clients must not park at the drive way.
  

• The therapist must bring all necessary equipment and remove each day. (negotiable)
  

• The therapist must have own public liability insurance.
